Data Classification and Management

We classify the data we collect into three categories based on privacy sensitivity, applying different usage, storage, and protection rules for each type:

1. Raw Personal DataRefers to unprocessed raw data that can directly or indirectly identify a specific natural person, including your identity information, contact details, complete conversation content, payment records, account identifiers, etc. This type of data has the highest sensitivity level and may only be used for necessary scenarios to provide you with our services. Without your separate consent, it shall not be used for AI model training or other commercial purposes. The highest level of encryption and access control measures will be applied during storage.
2. De-identified DataRefers to data from which all identifiable personal markers have been removed and which cannot be traced back to a specific natural person through any means. This type of data has a moderate sensitivity level and may be used to optimize platform services and internal model iteration. It shall not be used to identify specific users and will not be shared externally without due consideration.
3. Pure Statistical Aggregate DataRefers to statistical results obtained by aggregating data from a large number of users with all personal information completely removed, such as overall platform user activity, feature usage distribution, etc. This type of data cannot be linked to any specific user and may be used for platform operations analysis, industry reports, and may even be publicly released.

For scenarios where your input and output content is used for AI model training, we will provide a separate opt-in consent option that is not tied to service usage or log storage functionality. You may freely choose whether to consent, and you may withdraw this consent at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will securely delete your related training data.
